Ben Green is a Senior Hydrogeologist with over 15 years of consulting experience, specializing in mine hydrogeology and groundwater management, with a focus on slope depressurization and pit dewatering. Since completing his master’s degree in hydrogeology, Ben has contributed to a wide range of mining-related groundwater and geotechnical investigations and feasibility studies for both underground and open pit mines in many different countries and environments.
He has experience in northern, cold climate projects, having worked on hydrogeological characterization studies, permafrost and talik delineation, and ground temperature and pressure monitoring, installation and evaluation. Ben works closely with many of Knight Piésold’s global offices. He specializes in pit slope depressurization, dewatering, and operational mine support.
