Job Responsibilities 

The successful candidate for this position will be someone that is hard-working, can multi-task, has excellent relationship building skills and is eager to learn. This position requires work with multiple disciplinary groups of Engineers and Project Managers, so having attention to detail in this position is key, as one important function of this role involves formatting documents that are sent out externally to our clients. If you enjoy working in an administrative role with the opportunity to grow, are looking to work within a strong teamwork format and thrive in supporting internal and external customers, this is the role for you. 

Responsibilities 

  • Formatting, organizing, and filing project documents in internal software(s)
  • Applying company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for document management 
  • Working with multiple Project Managers and project teams  
  • Assisting on a multitude of project activities including, but not limited to, assisting Project Managers with updating deliverables, scheduling, invoicing, and project closeout(s) 
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including taking meeting minutes 
  • Travel assistance including processing expense reports, booking and tracking travel itineraries 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
  • Assist with backup duties for Front Desk Office Administrator as assigned 

Qualifications 

  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize work assignments 
  • Must have a high degree of attention to detail 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy 
  • Must be willing to wear many hats and reasonably assist in areas outside of the immediate job description 
  • High school diploma or G.E.D required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with Bluebeam preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple Engineers and Project Managers 
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions effectively 
  • Good knowledge of grammar and punctuation 

Compensation 

In accordance with Colorado state law, the following compensation range is applicable for the job and Colorado location associated with this requisition: $25 – $35/hour. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon compensable factors, including experience, education, and skill level.
