Knight Piésold Chile started operating in 1993 in Santiago. Since then, we have participated in significant projects in Chile and other South American countries.

Our activities are mostly related to the mining industry, which is very strong in the north and central regions of the country. We are currently working on several projects for Codelco, Anglo American, Yamana, Kinross, among others.

We offer high quality technical services, and strive to maximize benefits and reduce business risks for our clients. Our mining services consider the continuous evolution of the industry, as well as the environmental and social factors related to each region, which are essential for the continuous development of a sustainable business. Our services cover both the design of mining facilities and the environmental assessment of projects, including the geotechnical, civil, electromechanical, hydraulic, and environmental science fields.

We are implementing Building Information Modelling for our most significant projects. The first three projects using this platform are the following: a water dam and its associated water distribution system, a cyclone sand saddle dam at pre-feasibility level design, and the ninth stage construction of the Talabre Dam for Codelco.

Currently, there are approximately 70 staff members, including professionals and technicians. Our team has worked on projects in all regions in the country and has participated in some projects internationally.
