Knight Piésold Zambia, based in Kitwe, centers on supporting the mining, transportation, and hydropower industries. Key services include the design, management, and operation of tailings storage facilities; independent statutory inspections of mine waste dumps; and environmental and social impact assessments, environmental management plans, environmental audits, and closure planning.

Road projects have included the upgrading of 135 km of the Matebele-Shangombo Road in the Western province and reconstruction improvements of the Great East Road in Lusaka—a road that links the capital city with a highway system to Malawi—making it a key international trunk route.

In 2024, Knight Piésold Zambia was recognized with a President's Award in the Northern Region by the Engineering Institution of Zambia for outstanding contributions to the engineering sector in the country.
