Knight Piésold Argentina has been supporting YPF S.A. (YPF), the largest company in Argentina and the third largest oil company in South America, for many years, and the Neuquén office is spearheading work for YPF moving forward as well as working to serve other operators in the industry.
The office currently serves as a base for the operational management of two large consulting assignments for YPF in the south of the country: (1) supervision of repositories and (2) quantitative risk analysis characterization and remediation plan for Neuquén and non-conventional regions.

This allows for the inspection of load and discharge and for monitoring of waste streams management of oil activity. Additionally, the second assignment comprises characterization studies in Phase I and II, quantitative risk analysis, and analysis of alternatives and remediation plans. Since this assignment started, Knight Piésold has carried out more than 50 environmental studies and has provided various specialized equipment and machinery for this service.
