February 9, 2015, Vancouver, BC, Canada – Knight Piésold’s Vancouver office has been named as one of BC’s Top Employers for the 5th consecutive year, holding the distinction since 2011. BC’s Top Employers, which is now in its 11th year, is awarded to employers in the province as part of an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, recognizing industry-leading companies that provide exceptional work environments.

Employers were evaluated based on eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial, and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

According to the selection results, Knight Piésold stood out because it “supports employee development with formal mentoring and tuition subsidies for courses at outside institutions.” It also provides employees with “the opportunity to work worldwide through the Global Career Development program.”
