David Villegas

David Villegas is the Operations Manager at Knight Piésold Argentina, based in the Mendoza office. For over 30 years, he has consolidated extensive professional experience focused on strategic management, technical direction, and supervision of engineering projects. Additionally, he has developed experience as a technical representative in the structural design and static and dynamic analysis of various engineering works. His ability to lead teams and coordinate resources has driven the successful execution of complex projects, resulting in optimized processes and high-quality deliverables.

David is a civil engineer who graduated from the National University of Cuyo. He specializes in the structural analysis and design of concrete and metal works; supervision of earthworks, embankments, and cuttings; and calculation of structures and foundations. In the academic field, he has served as Head of the Department of Representation Systems and Structures at the University of Mendoza. Recent projects include the direction and management of construction of surface and underground mine works.
