Graham Jennings

Graham Jennings is the Section Manager of Structures of Knight Piésold South Africa and is based in the Sandton office. A bridge and structural engineer, he specialises in structural engineering, mainly in the field of bridge design and water retaining structures.  He is a certified SANRAL bridge inspector. He has experience in private commercial developments, such as sports centres and residences, as well as bridge inspection, repair, and rehabilitation. He has also studied labour-based construction methodologies.

His key experiences are the following:

• Bridge engineering, including conceptual and detail design, drawings, estimates, project specifications, and contract documentation in both steel and concrete bridges
• Bridge hydrology and hydraulics, as well as the repair, modification works, and bridge rehabilitation to provide extended service life
• Water retaining structures, including wastewater treatment works and rehabilitation of existing Infrastructure.
• Bridge inspections, including detailed onsite bridge inspections and condition and maintenance report preparation as part of bridge management systems.
• Civil and building structures, including reinforced concrete structures, sports centres, and private residences
