Head of EnvironmentMaría Paula Martinez is the Head of Environment at Knight Piésold Argentina and is based in the Mendoza office. She has more than 16 years of experience preparing environmental impact and baseline studies for mining and oil projects. She specializes in environmental management and audits for mining exploitation projects. Her experience includes the development of characterization operating plans for phase I- and phase II-type site environmental assessments for oil activity and risk analysis.
Paula has a bachelor's degree in environmental management from the University of Congress and an international certificate in project management from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her most recent projects are related to the development of environmental and social baselines as well as environmental impact reports at different stages of the mining life cycle.
