He is a Senior Executive Geotechnical Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the supervision and management of construction plans of embankments of different nature and the development of feasibility studies; basic and executive projects; foundations; retaining structures; earth, rockfill, and concrete dams; hydroelectric power plants; nuclear power plants; hydraulic structures; water supply systems, industrial facilities, and systems of mine waste disposal; waste and tailings stock piles; tailings dams; systems for radioactive waste disposal; and municipal solid waste landfills.
He has coordinated the design and fill works for energy projects, water supply and water treatment, irrigation works, roads, mining, and urban areas. He has handled technical audits for stability and environmental aspects related to tailings dams, water supply systems, hydroelectric power plants, and mineral waste disposal projects.
