Craig Hall is a Managing Principal of Knight Piésold Canada and is based in the North Bay office. He has over 17 years of geotechnical experience related to mining projects. Areas of specialty include planning, design, construction, operation, and closure of mine waste and water management facilities and other mining related infrastructure. Other areas of expertise include the evaluation of best available technologies and management practices for tailings storage facilities; development of operation, maintenance, and surveillance manuals; failure modes and effect assessments; risk assessments; dam safety inspections; and dam safety reviews. Craig has extensive experience working on projects in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, and Africa.
Notable recent assignments include the design, permitting, and construction of tailings and waste rock storage facilities for operating mines in North America.
