Knight Piésold USA Completes ISO 2015 Transition

July 3, 2018, Denver, CO, USA – Knight Piésold USA is pleased to announce that it has received ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certifications. This is the latest version of the world’s most widely applied international standards for quality and environmental management systems. The updated ISO standard assessment by the BSI Group took place in March 2018.

“Achieving this certification milestone further demonstrates our management team’s continued commitment to quality and compliance, and ensures our clients are receiving the highest quality design services based on international standards,” said Michael Tuffield, controller and integrated management system manager. “Our team has a renewed focus on quality, efficiency, effectiveness and environmental stewardship based on an overall improved structure."

“We have been successful in applying the new standard to our current system, enabling us to actively address organizational risks and capitalize on growth opportunities. Using the ISO 2015 framework enables us to provide design services that meet the needs of our clients and validates our best practices in monitoring and minimizing our impact on the environment.”

Knight Piésold USA anticipates that the ISO 9001:2015 certification will help the company:

  • Continue to focus on putting clients first
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Work more efficiently
  • Meet client requirements in a highly regulated industry
  • Recognize and reduce business risks

It is an important accomplishment and Knight Piésold USA continues its commitment to improving its quality and environmental management systems. Knight Piésold USA has been ISO 9001 certified since 2013.
