March 11, 2019, Vancouver, BC, Canada – Knight Piésold was at the pulse of the mining industry at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) International Convention, Trade Show & Investors Exchange in Toronto. Held on March 3-6, Knight Piésold connected with clients and explored the latest trends, technologies, and industry challenges at the world’s top mineral exploration and mining investment showcase.

Twenty-two of Knight Piésold’s technical specialists in mining, environmental sciences, and renewable energy gathered at the convention, staffing an exhibit booth, attending presentations from industry experts, exchanging insights with industry peers, and connecting with clients. The team—the largest delegation to date— included specialists from six North and South American offices.

PDAC 2019 welcomed 25,843 attendees from 130 countries, packing the halls of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre with bubbling and bustling activity. “After my 44th straight year attending the PDAC Convention, the enthusiasm I saw from exhibitors and attendees in 2019 was among the best yet,” said Glenn Mullan, outgoing PDAC president. “Although we continue to face economic challenges and uncertainty, the mineral exploration and mining industry is experiencing a renaissance and renewed sense of confidence, highlighting is experience once more.”
